The HSM name comes from the High Speed Machining. The main objective of high-speed machining is to minimize working time. Other important goals are including; Improving surface quality and extending tool life. HSM workflows have been optimized for these goals.

With our customer 3D models, we can get started faster and improve quality. That’s why we like to have customer’s 3D models very well with confidence when ordering. Please note! We can 3D measure the machined components and compare the result to 3D models.

Mynx 7500/50 – New vertical machining center – Machining

The Mynx 7500/50 brings us the advantages of dynamic milling, where the basic principle is high axial (ap) and low radial (ae) cutting depth compared to traditional machining methods. Dynamic milling is used to avoid milling with a full tool width. A dynamic milling track is used to avoid straightforward movements and removal of the material by the jagged machining tracks that are determined by the final shape of the workpiece being machined.

Doosan NHM 8000 – New machining center – Machining

Horizontal Heavy Duty Machining Center – Doosan NHM 8000

The vertical high-rigidity machining center is optimized for heavy duty cutting for diverse materials by applying box guideways to all axes and being equipped with the high-torque spindle motor. We’ll get very high linear accuracy for the machined components.

The machining center has palette table, which ables us to connect several items at the same time. The switching time is shorter and this adds our capacity.

X, Y, Z – 1400 / 1050 / 1200. Palette size is 800 x 800.
